Ingredients to Prepare

  • Specialty Coffee: 50 grams
  • Glass jar with a tight-fitting lid
  • Coffee container
  • Coffee filter paper or filter membrane
  • Spoon
  • Water: 0.5 liters (ratio 1:10, one unit of coffee to 10 units of water by weight)

    The execution steps

    Making Cold Brew is also very simple. You just need to follow these steps:

    Step 1:
    Pour half of the prepared coffee grounds into the glass jar. Next, pour about 250 ml of water inside. Use a spoon to stir the coffee grounds evenly with water.

    Step 2:
    After about 5 minutes, proceed to pour the remaining half of the coffee grounds into the glass jar. Pour another 250 ml of water into the jar to ensure that the coffee grounds can soak in the water.

    Step 3
    Tightly cover the glass jar and place it in the refrigerator to steep for about 12 - 24 hours. The steeping time can vary depending on the amount of Cold Brew coffee grounds you are steeping.

    After the steeping time is up, take the coffee out of the refrigerator. Pour the steeped coffee into a ceramic filter with filter paper inside. Pour the coffee into the filter slowly to help retain the coffee grounds.
